Kari Myllykoski
Chairman of the Board
Kari is an accomplished tech industry veteran and leader with a solid reputation for engaging organizations in new industry categories and elevating them into top revenue-generating entities with first-mover and market leadership positions. Kari is also a serial entrepreneur with many successful startups in Finland, Sweden and USA, including Xplore Technologies Inc. (XPLR: NASDAQ), where Kari was a co-founder and VP of Business Development. He is also a founder of Ramline Mobile Computers AB, a Swedish company that merged with Xplore Technologies Inc as part of a $30M agreement with The Home Depot. This ruggedized tablet supply agreement together with a number of business development and Private label agreements created the foundation for the company's IPO in NASDAQ.
Kari is also the founder and a board member of Smart Picture Technologies Inc., an Austin, TX based company. Smart Picture’s patented 3D technology and powerful SaaS platform enable new dynamic ways to improve online shopping, and it is changing how companies can use remote estimation in home improvement, insurance and other key market segments.
Dave Kowert
Chief Executive Officer
Dave has a Masters Degree in Film Direction and spent 17 years working with top production companies in Hollywood, building large scale high tech attractions for Disney in Florida, and pioneering the Family Entertainment Center industry throughout the US. His experience as a “C” level business consultant along with his background in the real estate industry as a project manager, developer and builder was a perfect blend of skills to join the nVolve Technologies team. Dave’s experience designing and developing high concept projects for developers providing housing for very large scale entertainment projects translates perfectly to Nvolve’s commitment to “lifestyle living”. Nvolve is not Daves first rodeo. He has built and run numerous companies throughout his career including: Davlyn Design, Staff Direct (750 employees) The Starmax Entertainment Group, American Family Entertainment Centers, Lafitte Productions. He served as President of Politics Online, one of the largest political consulting groups with and international high profile client list.
Of particular value to the team was Dave’s experience with his own company called “REAL HOUSE”, a partnership based in Charleston SC. Real House had experience panelizing SIP based homes into “kit” format and exporting them to various Caribbean countries in dire need of rapidly deployable housing with minimal reliance on skilled trades. In addition, Dave’s financial experience in developing strip shopping centers, medical office complexes, and numerous large scale entertainment center projects all around the country allows him to add true value as a project/program manager to our building partners.
William Böll

William has a distinguished 35+ year career introducing strategies to drive growth within intensively competitive markets.
He is an expert in creating the vision, identifying opportunities, creating high-quality products and services, delivering strong revenues and profits, and positioning start-up and existing businesses for sustainable global growth.

William is skilled in recruiting, developing and leading channel expansion, business development, product management, operations, and logistics teams to consistently exceed goals across constantly evolving business and market environments.
William is known for his strong innovation, transformation, and growth leadership skills. He has proven success in introducing standards and operational best practices that have reduced operating expenses, improved quality, and increased production and overall market share.
Glen Clifton
Director Product Design
With over 20 years of experience in all areas of product design from tech to construction to educational toys, he has won many awards for innovative design, including the prestigious IDEA award, and has 13 patents (and counting) to his name, Glen is clearly an accomplished design leader.
Founder of several companies including his own consulting firm, Glen understands what it takes to create successful products and business. A proud immigrant from South Africa means "Think Different" has always come naturally to him. He is also a big fan of "First Principles".
